I am passionate about learning, people, and practical impact. My work spans education, organizational practice, interdisciplinary research, professional learning, entrepreneurship, and real estate, with a shared focus on helping individuals, organizations, and communities learn, adapt, and grow.
Biography
Michael Hsu, Ed.D. is an educator, organizational researcher, and entrepreneur. He earned his Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University. His work explores how people, organizations, and systems learn, adapt, and improve, with particular interest in practical frameworks that support better decisions and meaningful change.
In addition to research, teaching, and professional learning, he is the founder of HSU Academy Inc., which develops and supports educational initiatives in tutoring, workshops, and wellness. He also serves clients in Southern California through his real estate practice with First Team Real Estate.
