Depending on the agreed scope, support may include search planning, tour coordination, organizing rental application requirements, and lease-related paperwork and deadline coordination. You remain responsible for reviewing and signing your documents. Landlord screening and approval are separate; a rental outcome is not guaranteed. Legal advice is not included.
