Integrating Education, Organizational Practice, and Interdisciplinary Inquiry
My research explores how people, organizations, and systems learn, adapt, and improve. I use organizational learning, leadership, configurational analysis, and interdisciplinary approaches to understand complex phenomena and translate research insights into practical strategies for better decisions.
Key Research Areas

Organizational Learning
How organizations acquire, share, and use knowledge to learn, adapt, and improve.

Leadership
Leadership practices that shape learning, adaptation, innovation, and positive change.

Management Configuration
Studying patterns and combinations of management practices rather than isolated variables.

Interdisciplinary Applications
Applying methods and concepts across education, biology, organizational studies, and related fields.

Education & Professional Learning
Practical frameworks for teaching, learning, professional development, and applied inquiry.
Featured Research
From Patterns to Pathways: Configurational Analysis of Client Management Practices
This doctoral research examines how management practices co-occur and form configurations that influence client outcomes. Using co-occurrence analysis and a configurational perspective, the work explores how combinations of practices may provide a richer understanding of organizational effectiveness than isolated variables alone.
